You're Welcome Edmonton is proud to present "Making the Commitment: Customer Service from the Inside Out" to you and your frontline staff. This hands-on, interactive course represents the second phase of the You're Welcome Edmonton program, which is intended to provide affordable, high-quality customer service training to the industry.
The next session will take place Wednesday, February 17, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the World Trade Centre Edmonton with Nova Robinson as the Trainer.
