Mature Workers

For many individuals, leaving the workforce at or before age 65 means they have 20 years or more of retirement ahead of them. This has both financial and lifestyle implications. With today’s generation of older workers being healthier and more educated than previous generations, many will be capable of extending their involvement in the workforce.

Finding ways to increase opportunities for older workers to participate in the workforce can create tremendous potential benefits to employers, individuals, the economy, and society.
