Edmonton Tourism is pleased to act as your central point of contact, assisting you in planning your conference or event.

Edmonton Tourism works in partnership with the Shaw Conference Centre, numerous other venues and various accommodations around the city, optimizing the likelyhood of your sucess when planning the conference or event in Edmonton, through both efficiency, effectiveness and collaboration of great services and business.

Our program offers conference planner's services, including an extensive list of products and services available to you and your delegates.

We require a minimum of 4 weeks lead-time.

Please complete and submit the following form. You will be contacted by phone to discuss your request. Then we’ll make initial contact with the corresponding businesses on your behalf. Each business will finalize details directly with you.

West Edmonton Mall
