The 13th Annual You're Welcome Edmonton Gala is May 7th, 2013, at the Shaw Conference Centre.

The You’re Welcome Edmonton gala is a truly unique experience where Edmonton Tourism hosts nominees and guests to an elegant red-carpet event that celebrates outstanding customer service.

The gala is our chance to serve the stars of the industry - our nominees!

This event is also an opportunity for Edmonton to tell industry leaders that we truly value great customer service, and this commitment is one of the defining features of our great city.

The 13th Annual You're Welcome Edmonton Awards Gala is sold out! Edmonton Tourism looks forward to seeing all the nominees celebrating with the industry in a night filled with music and wonderful food, as we recognize 18 award recipients.

Time:  Cocktail Reception begining at 5:00 PM followed by the formal program beginning at 6:30 PM.
